I now have twelve ickle jars of pepper jelly, about 4 oz each. I think most of them sealed; I will have to test them today. Making pepper jelly was fun; I think I will do it again. I had some jelly leftover after all the jars were full, so I ladled it over crackers with cream cheese and devoured it for lunch. Mmmmmmmmmmmm, warm jelly over cream cheese and crackers. Nahmnahmnahmnahmnahm *licks fingers and plate*

I also have Oh My Universe! Peppers left, so I think I will make more jelly with more peppers in it. I may also try making pepper and onion relish, just to use the blessed things up. I have a fridge drawer full of peppers, bell peppers, anahaim peppers, serrano peppers. Gah! Too many peppers.

However, my first foray into jelly making was a sucess and I am quite pleased. I will be making more jelly in the future. I will stop buying jelly from the store and will likely only use homemade jelly from now on. It was that much fun and very, very yummy.
